Exchange Policy
- If an incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the order does not match the item in the order confirmation e-mail.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel that the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
- If your order meets our return eligibility criteria mentioned above, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery with the following information:
a) Order Number
b) Delivery Address
c) Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item. - Please ensure that the product(s) being returned to us are unused, unworn and the original tags on the product(s) are intact.

Please note that International Orders are not eligible for returns.
Delivery within India
- We charge Flat Rate of ₹250 for shipping of all orders to be delivered within India
- We attempt to deliver all our domestic orders within 2-3 weeks. Most domestic orders are delivered within 10 business working days.
- The delivery time for different products may vary based on the processes involved, and a rough estimate for the dispatch of such products can be found on the product page at the time of purchase
- Within India, we ship through registered courier companies & our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package a reasonable number of times before they return it to us.
- Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order.
Delivery outside India
- A flat shipping fees of INR 2,500 is applicable on all International Orders.
- We use reputed international shipping carriers such as Fedex, DHL etc
- We attempt to deliver all our international orders within 3-4 weeks. Most international orders are delivered within 21 business working days.
- The delivery time for different products may vary based on the processes involved, and a rough estimate for the dispatch of such products can be found on the product page at the time of purchasing.
- In case of bulk international orders (5 or more outfits), our team will obtain a shipping estimate from the courier partner, which will be based on the weight of the package. This cost will have to be reimbursed by the receiving party i.e. the customer, on actuals.
- We partner with registered international courier companies to deliver your order.
- Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Orders within India
- The product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes and duties
International Orders

- Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, Fedex etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
After your are logged onto Anaydaya.com, simply head to the ‘My Account’ section in your account to track your order or you may simply go to https://anaydara.com/index.php/track-your-order/ , enter your order number and e-mail address in our Order Tracking page to check the status. If you have any concerns pertaining to your order including but not limited to the order dispatch, please e-mail us at orders@anaydara.com, and we will revert within 48 hours.
